1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jitaa ("we", "us", "the Company"). By registering an account, accessing the jitaa platform, or using any of our gaming services, you unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

jitaa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the current Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain a jitaa account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from using any jitaa service.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact number or email address.
• You may hold only one registered account on the jitaa platform. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances forfeited.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to determine the lawfulness of gambling in your location.

jitaa may request identity verification documents (such as a national ID card, passport, or driving licence) at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of any pending withdrawals.

jitaa supports a range of local payment methods designed for players based in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). We currently support the following payment methods:

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jitaa offers a variety of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific T&C that are published alongside each promotion.

The following conditions apply uniformly to all bonus offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses credited to your account must be rolled over the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the stated rollover requirement has been fully satisfied.

6. Prohibited Activities

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jitaa platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, page layouts, and visual design, is the exclusive intellectual property of jitaa or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any content obtained from the jitaa platform without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, jitaa and its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be held liable for any of the following:

• Any direct or indirect financial losses resulting from platform use, including losses arising from gameplay outcomes.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen outages.
• Any unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to secure your login credentials.
• Losses or damages arising from errors or inaccuracies in third-party data feeds, odds, or sports results displayed on the platform.

9. Privacy and Data Usage

jitaa collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described therein. Your data is used to verify your identity, process transactions, deliver personalised promotions, and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

10. Suspension and Termination of Accounts

jitaa may suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at its sole discretion if the player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms, provided false registration information, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or poses a legal or regulatory risk to the platform. In such cases, any outstanding balances may be withheld pending investigation.

Players wishing to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team. Any withdrawable balance will be processed through your registered payment method, subject to our standard withdrawal verification procedures.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your account or a transaction on the jitaa platform, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team with full details of the issue. We aim to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly, typically within 5 business days of receiving a formal complaint.

• Contact our support team with your registered account email and a clear description of the dispute.
• Our team will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 48 hours and begin a fair investigation.
• A written resolution will be provided to you once the investigation is complete, with full reasoning for the outcome.

jitaa's decision following a completed investigation shall be considered final. Players who remain dissatisfied may seek independent mediation through appropriate consumer protection channels available in Bangladesh.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably through our internal process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent authorities.

jitaa makes no representation that the platform and its services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the jitaa platform is lawful in their country or region of residence.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jitaa reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility as a registered player to review these Terms periodically and remain aware of any updates that may affect your rights and obligations on the platform.

Your continued use of the jitaa platform after any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure through our support team.
